Koalified Baking was founded by Charlotte, a passionate Hong Kong pastry chef and Le Cordon Bleu graduate. It is this background that informs so much of what we do. By blending the richness of French cuisine with the distinctness of Asian flavours we can infuse every mouthful of delicious food we create with character and wonder.
Whatever your preference, our range is full of options that go beyond the everyday sweet indulgence. There are high quality ingredients, seasonal produce and the occasional dash of intriguing alcohols in every bite. Why? Sweets aren’t a necessity in life, but at the end of the day, we want you to feel that joy without any of the guilt.
